Sleep is not necessary

Daddy fell asleep after we opened our gifts.  Mommy sent him back to bed.  Gram was tired too. So we had the living room to ourselves.  (Mommy is resting on the little couch.)

Family Traditions

Every year we make gingerbread cookies.  Mommy normally lets us make shape cookies.  We have our own cookie cutters.  But this year we tried something different.  We made homemade ginger snaps.  They are so good.

We also went to the Galaxy of Lights at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens.  We love looking at the lights.
Gram really enjoys the ride.

Happy is....

Merry Christmas.

It's early.  It's still dark outside.  But we are wide awake.  Santa came.

We got pajamas and clothes. Hats and gloves.  A bunch of toothbrushes and toothpaste.  We got books, work books, crayons, water color paint and pencils. There were playing cards and checkers.  We even got a Dance Rave (but Mommy hasn't read the instructions yet so we can't play with it).

Ysabella gave me a Rubik's Cube.  I gave her a new babydoll (we named her Sarah).

Oh, and we also got bicycles.  And the bikes have horns!!!

This is the best Christmas ever!

Santa Claus is coming to town

We had a school extravaganza today at lunch.

" 'Twas the Night Before Christmas" presented by the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade classes at Lakewood Elementary.

We had fun.
